If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept return(s) up to 14 days after delivery confirmation which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Opened items are ineligible for returns. Opened items may include items that have been removed from the original packaging, items that had the factory seal removed, or any other indication of package being opened.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as collectible food items and drinks), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items, and pre-orders), and personal care goods (such as themed towels). Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale, clearance, and damaged/open-box items, or gift cards. Open-boxed and damaged items include items that we sell as open-box or damaged which will be clearly stated in the title and description.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or visit us in-store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
